An ongoing multilevel class, open to all, that focuses on mastery of
yoga techniques
and developing inner strength and stability.
Instructor Mary Friedland
has been teaching Hatha Yoga in the bay area for 18 years. She holds a
Certificate of Advanced Studies from the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San
Francisco and an MA in Education from Northeastern Illinois University.
